The CHA LEFS 8010 is designed for the trail. The sturdy line winder with integral high-efficiency impedance matching network transformer, ultra-thin 20 gauge PTFE KEVLAR antenna wire, and lightweight Micro 90 paracord enables highly portable eight-band operation without the extra bulk of an antenna tuner. It can even do Near- Vertical Incident Skywave (NVIS) communication.
The antenna system consists of:
